Promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency as tools for sustainable development in every Palestinian community.
The Palestinian Solar and Sustainable Energy Society (PSSES) is a Palestinian non-governmental organization working to advance renewable energy and energy efficiency in Palestine. Founded in 2008 by researchers, experts, producers, community leaders, and former directors of various institutions, PSSES believes that renewable energy can give deprived Palestinian communities access to affordable energy and help them remain on their land.

We implement renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, from solar street lighting and solar-powered water purification to energy efficiency in heritage buildings.

We deliver training programs, workshops, and lectures in schools, universities, and academic institutions, and run public awareness campaigns on clean energy.

We encourage applied research and feasibility studies, and advocate for legislation and incentive policies that support renewable energy investment.
We welcome partners, community members, and everyone interested in clean energy. Visit us at the Arizona Building, 3rd Floor, Rokab Street, Ramallah, or send us a message using the form.
